The HRIS Specialist is responsible for ensuring the effective adoption, configuration, and utilization of HR systems within assigned scope, acting as the regional owner and point of contact for HRIS processes, data accuracy, compliance, and user adoption, while collaborating closely with the HR Systems Manager and Admins.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years in HRIS or HR Technology roles within multinational or multi-market organizations
- Hands-on experience with HiBob, JazzHR, or similar HRIS platforms
