What you'll do...
The Program Content Manager operates at the center of strategy and execution for one of the most forward-looking initiatives in retail: Drone Delivery. This is not a “make slides” role. This is a narrative ownership role. You will architect the story of the Drone Program — ensuring leaders, partners, and cross-functional teams clearly understand where we’re going, why it matters, and how we win. You’ll transform complexity into alignment, protect message integrity across a fast-moving matrix organization, and elevate how the program shows up at every level — from working teams to executive forums. - Build executive-ready presentations that drive decisions
- Transform complex, multifaceted information into sharp, visually compelling narratives
- Distill ambiguity into insight and action
- Create and manage a robust, scalable library of design assets
- Establish layout standards and storytelling structures
- Maintain brand alignment with Walmart standards while elevating program identity
- Protect the narrative from fragmentation across stakeholders
- Partner across matrixed teams to align messaging and priorities
- Navigate competing inputs while maintaining strategic coherence
- Support program management communications and operating rhythms
- 3–5+ years of experience in strategic communications, change management, creative operations, content strategy, marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience building executive-facing materials
- Strong storytelling and visual design capabilities (PowerPoint/Keynote fluency required; design tools a plus)
- Experience operating in matrixed or enterprise environments
- Ability to prioritize under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
