Requirements
- 5+ years of professional front-end or full-stack experience
- 3+ years hands-on experience with React JS (React 18 preferred)
- Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern web standards
- Proven experience with React architectural patterns, hooks, and state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)
- Deep understanding of UI performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Clear and confident communication skills in English, both written and spoken
