Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Specialist roles
- Strong knowledge of Romanian employment law
- Solid understanding of payroll processes
- Experience working with payroll providers or internal payroll teams
- Experience managing or supporting hiring processes end-to-end
- Experience handling employee lifecycle processes end-to-end
