Treasury Manager

• Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash management and liquidity planning for both offshore and Hong Kong entities.
• Manage and cultivate banking relationships, negotiating financing terms with local and international financial institutions.
• Monitor and optimize the group's capital structure, foreign exchange exposure, and interest rate risks.
• Lead compliance, reporting, and internal control processes related to treasury in line with HKEX and regulatory standards.
• Support corporate financing initiatives, including bond issuance, loan syndication, and offshore fundraising efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, tax, investment) to facilitate M&A and cross-border transactions.
• Implement treasury systems and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; CPA/CFA certification is a plus.
• At least 5 years of treasury experience, ideally within a publicly listed Chinese company.
• Strong understanding of offshore financing, foreign exchange management, and Hong Kong banking practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; Cantonese proficiency is a plus.
