Responsibilities
As a Multi-Skilled Foot Mobile Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing scheduled and reactive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Diagnosing and rectifying faults in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Collaborating with other engineers and technicians to solve complex technical issues.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards during maintenance tasks.
- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a multi-skilled engineer.
- Competency in working with HVAC, M&E equipment, basic electrical and plumbing works.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
