Voldex is a leading gaming company that is hiring a Security & IT Specialist to support and improve its security practices and internal device management across a scaling remote workforce.

Requirements

• Support and improve Voldex's security practices and internal device management across a scaling remote workforce.
• Design, implement, and maintain company-wide device configuration, security, and compliance standards.
• Establish clear, documented standards, processes, and self-service mechanisms for device provisioning, access requests, and lifecycle management.
• Proactively identify risks and inefficiencies across devices, systems, and access processes, then contribute practical, scalable solutions that strengthen security posture while preserving speed and team autonomy.
• Manage device lifecycle processes (provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and secure decommissioning) while continuously monitoring device health, security posture, and compliance.
• Secure & regularly audit external platforms (e.g., Discord, Roblox groups, and internal tools), ensuring appropriate access controls, permissions, and protection against misuse or compromise.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that improve security maturity, automation, and operational efficiency as the company scales.
