Voicemod is looking for a Head of User Acquisition to own and drive top-of-the-funnel user acquisition performance across marketing-led channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in user acquisition, growth, or performance marketing roles within B2C software products.
- Proven experience scaling consumer-facing products with millions of users, ideally in desktop and/or mobile environments.
- Strong hands-on background on B2C acquisition targets and budgets, with accountability for volume and efficiency.
- Experience managing or influencing acquisition budgets, with a strong focus on ROI and sustainable growth.
- Ability to operate at senior manager level: translating strategy into execution plans, priorities, and trade-offs.
- Experience leading and scaling teams, setting clear goals, accountability, and operating rhythms.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data, attribution models, and experimentation frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Fluent English (B2 or higher) written and spoken.
- Based in Europe (remote-friendly).
