Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our growing VML KSA team. This is a remote position, requiring the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a virtual environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles, a proven track record of creating compelling visuals for a variety of platforms, and a deep understanding of the KSA market. You will be responsible for developing creative concepts and executing designs that align with our clients' brand strategies and marketing objectives. A strong portfolio showcasing experience in the automotive, banking, and telecommunications sectors is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and Design: Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to:
• Digital advertisements (banner ads, social media ads, website graphics)
• Print collateral (brochures, flyers, posters)
• Social media content (graphics, videos, animations)
• Presentations
• Email marketing templates
• Website design elements
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, strategists, and other team members to understand client needs and objectives.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
• Quality Control: Review designs for accuracy and quality before final delivery.
• Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices, particularly within the KSA market.
• AI Integration: Explore and integrate AI tools to enhance design workflows, generate creative ideas, and improve efficiency.
• Feedback Incorporation: Effectively incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to refine designs.
• Presentation of Ideas: Confidently present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients.
• File Management: Maintain organized and accessible design files.

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding of the KSA market and cultural nuances.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.

Desired Skills and Experiences:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work in the automotive, banking, and telecommunications sectors.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• Experience with using AI tools for design purposes (e.g., Adobe Sensei, generative AI platforms).
• Experience working with international clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

• Collaboration Tools: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams) is essential.
• Portfolio Submission: Please submit a portfolio with your application that clearly demonstrates your design skills and experience in the required sectors. Include specific examples of work done for automotive, banking, and telecommunications clients. Clearly indicate your role in each project.
• Software Proficiency: Please specify your level of proficiency in each Adobe Creative Suite application (e.g., expert, intermediate, beginner).
• Remote Work Requirements: Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
• KSA Time Zone: Must be available to work during KSA business hours.
