The People Program Manager will own the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of Vizzia's most strategic People programs, including Performance Management, Manager Enablement, and Job Architecture & Levelling. This role requires a deep understanding of People topics, experience working in a HR consulting practice, and the ability to partner with leaders and managers to solve real problems.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience on People topics, ideally in a HR consulting practice
- Knowledge of job architecture, salary bands, and performance management programs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to challenge Execs and Leaders constructively
- C1 English minimum
