Hardware test & quality Engineer

Vizzia is seeking a Hardware Test & Quality Engineer to ensure the reliability of their connected hardware products deployed at scale. The successful candidate will design and execute comprehensive test plans, challenge hardware design choices, and collaborate with development and industrialization teams to secure production readiness.

Requirements

• Engineering background in Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, or similar
• Strong full-stack hardware expertise (electronics, mechanics, firmware)
• Experience facing real-world hardware issues, not just designing on paper
• Proven ability to write test plans: structure, coverage, acceptance criteria
• Autonomous in Pass / Fail decision-making
• Exposure to industrialization environments
• Highly rigorous: documentation and validation are second nature
