Engineering Manager - Computer Vision

Lead the development and production deployment of computer vision models, grow and lead a team of engineers and data scientists, and contribute to real-world AI projects with environmental impact.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in applied computer vision, with hands-on production experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Python and software engineering best practices.
• Strong proficiency with PyTorch (or TensorFlow).
• Solid experience with detection and tracking models (YOLO, R-CNN, DeepSORT, etc.).
• Strong foundations in MLOps: pipelines, monitoring, versioning, deployment.
