Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience, ideally on complex, workflow-heavy B2B SaaS products
- Shipped real features to real users and can talk about the business impact of their work
- Owned a design system or comparable infrastructure that other people built on top of
- Designed the contribution model, not just the components
- Comfortable spending time in the field, observing operational workflows firsthand, and willing to travel to customer sites regularly
- Mature product instincts, questioning whether the workflow is right when seeing a crowded interface
- Opinionated, evidence-backed, and direct, forming a point of view quickly and defending it while building strong relationships
- Customer-obsessed in practice, with an instinct for business outcomes, and can name the metrics their design moves were built to change
