- Strong customer-success mindset with experience to guide clients towards standard solutions
- Strong finance process knowledge, including AR, AP, invoicing, reporting, and analysis
- Agility to respond and adapt to changing requirements within modern cloud delivery models
- Commitment to continuous learning, evidenced by SAP certifications and/or equivalent wider cloud learning initiatives
