In this Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) role, you will work with an established base of SAP Business One clients across the Western Canadian geographies, partnering with executive teams to unlock new opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in client relationship management, account management, or client success role.
- 5+ years' experience working with ERP, SaaS, or business management software within the SMB or mid-market sector.
- Experience with ERP solutions such as SAP Business One, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Epicor, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Proven success managing and growing strategic client accounts.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and operational leaders.
- Strong understanding of business operations and financial drivers (accounting or ERP process knowledge is an asset).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A consultative approach focused on long-term partnership and measurable client value.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to manage performance against account growth targets.
