Requirements
- Experience delivering Cloud ERP implementation projects in supply chain, professional services, and/or financial environments
- Strong customer-success mindset with experience guiding clients towards standard solutions
- Strong process knowledge across a wide range of operational areas
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and enablement
- Agility to respond and adapt to changing requirements within modern cloud delivery models
- Commitment to continuous learning with SAP certifications and/or equivalent or wider-cloud learning initiatives
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills
