Incubane, powered by VirtualResource (VR), is seeking a highly experienced Workday Extend Senior Developer to lead application design and development for clients. The role involves ensuring clients maximise the potential of their Workday investment, collaborating with clients and a team of skilled consultants, and mentoring junior members. This is an opportunity to own the entire application lifecycle and shape the direction of Key Projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of workday extend application development experience
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in web services technologies (SOAP, REST)
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming
• Experience of designing applications to solve business and technical challenges
• Workday Extend active certification
• Experience of leading large IT projects
• Excellent customer focus and strong communication skills
• Broad business and technology understanding
• Capability of leading remote teams
• Awareness of confidentiality policies
