We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Customer Success Representative (CSR) with strong sales experience, excellent English communication skills, and video editing capabilities. This role supports the full podcast-to-sales process — from guest outreach to episode production — helping convert conversations into meaningful business opportunities. You’ll manage guest relationships, edit and distribute content, and keep the system running smoothly from start to finish.
Requirements
Guest Outreach & Relationship Flow
- Research and source potential podcast guests aligned with our target audience.
- Send outreach campaigns, manage responses, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate guest communications: prep materials, reminders, and post-show thank-you's.
- Support warm handoffs to the sales team when guests become qualified leads.
Content Production & Editing
- Edit podcast audio and video recordings into polished, engaging episodes.
- Create branded promotional snippets, reels, and graphics for social media.
- Manage uploads and publishing across platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.).
- Deliver final episode packages to guests and the internal marketing team.
Podcast-to-Sales System Execution
- Track and update guest journeys in the CRM (HubSpot preferred).
- Run follow-up sequences and ensure timely post-recording communication.
- Maintain accurate records of guest conversions into prospects or clients.
- Help refine and document SOPs for the Podcast Method.
General VA & “Anything” Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to leadership, sales, and marketing teams.
- Jump in wherever needed to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliverables.
- Troubleshoot tech or process issues quickly and proactively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of CSR, sales, or virtual assistant experience (podcasting or marketing exposure preferred).
- Proficient in video & audio editing tools (CapCut, Descript, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken) and professional correspondence skills.
- Familiarity with podcast production, publishing, and content promotion workflows.
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) and project management tools (Asana, Airtable, or Trello).
- Highly adaptable and resourceful — able to “figure it out” and deliver across multiple functions.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
