About the Role
Gigster is seeking a U.S. citizen Siemens Teamcenter Architect to support a critical defense-focused logistics data environment. The role focuses on architecting, planning, and configuring enhancements to an existing Teamcenter implementation—improving Bill of Materials (BOM) management and overall system functionality.
This position requires deep expertise in Teamcenter within complex, regulated environments. The architect will assess current system gaps, design scalable configuration solutions, guide implementation, and deliver quick business value while collaborating with existing team members who do not yet have the required expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, configure, and enhance existing Siemens Teamcenter deployments to support defense logistics and BOM data management.
Assess current system architecture, identify gaps, and design scalable solutions for complex, regulated environments.
Collaborate with internal teams to guide configuration and best practices adoption.
Ensure secure, compliant handling of sensitive data in accordance with government contracting requirements.
Provide architectural guidance and mentoring to team members on Teamcenter functionality and integration.
Deliver improvements that optimize system performance, maintainability, and usability.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Expertise: Deep experience as a Siemens Teamcenter architect, including multi-tier deployments, performance optimization, and BOM data architecture.
Defense/Regulated Environment: Prior experience supporting defense or similarly regulated programs preferred.
Collaboration & Mentorship: Ability to guide team members and work closely with teams lacking Teamcenter expertise.
Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. citizen to meet client and contractual requirements.
Adaptability: Comfortable operating within government contracting guidelines and fast-moving project priorities.
Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to articulate architectural solutions and quickly demonstrate business value to stakeholders.
