We are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join our team at Vimly. As a payroll professional, you will be responsible for processing multi-state payroll, coordinating with our Employer of Record, and handling benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in U.S. multi-state payroll processing and a strong understanding of U.S. federal and multi-state payroll tax regulations.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on, end-to-end U.S. multi-state payroll processing
- Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. federal and multi-state payroll tax regulations
- Experience preparing payroll journal entries and reconciling payroll to general ledger accounts
- Advanced Excel skills
- Track record of meeting strict, non-negotiable deadlines in a self-directed environment
