Senior Python/Django + React Full-Stack Engineer

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Python/Django + React) to take over and extend responsibilities
spanning backend, platform, and web applications. This role is critical to keeping our systems
reliable, scalable, and user-friendly as we grow with stability being our top priority (Part-time)

Responsibilities

Backend/API Development
-Maintain and expand our Python/Django backend and REST APIs.
-Manage integrations with third-party services (Stripe, AWS SES, OneSignal,
Segment, etc.).

-Oversee task queuing (Celery), error tracking (Sentry), deployment (Render), and
CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
-Customize Django admin interfaces and forms for internal operations.

- Platform Development

• Lead frontend development using React (JavaScript/TypeScript).
  -Maintain and extend our Storybook component library to ensure UI consistency.
  -Manage integrations such as Google Maps API
  - Web Presence (Marketing Website):
  -Oversee our React-based company website.
  -Cross-Functional Support:
  -Collaborate with mobile teams (iOS and Android) to align backend/frontend
  functionality with apps.
  -Support data and analytics flows with Segment and related integrations.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.

• Strong background in React (JavaScript/TypeScript) and modern frontend

practices.

• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks (TDD focus), and

deployment automation.

• Hands-on experience with APIs and third-party integrations (Stripe, AWS,

OneSignal, Google Maps, etc.).

• Bonus: familiarity with Rust for legacy components.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats across backend, frontend, and platform

systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward shipping scalable, maintainable

solutions.

• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
