Job Title: Remote Project Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will support a variety of complex, cross-functional projects—ranging from acquisitions and divestitures to leasehold improvements and other operational initiatives. You will work closely with the CFO and collaborate across departments and clinic locations to help ensure accuracy, efficiency, and project success. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and software skills who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. No college degree is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support projects and operational duties across approximately 20 locations.
- Work with interdepartmental teams to ensure assigned tasks are completed on time, to specifications, and with accuracy.
- Plan, organize, monitor, and track details for a wide range of initiatives including operations, technology, and vendor setup.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, doctors, and clinic staff to proactively identify needs, resolve issues, and ensure smooth execution.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and third parties to ensure timely setup of services such as utilities, insurance, licenses, tax compliance, and more.
- Provide training or support on operational tools and software as needed.
- Prepare risk assessments and reports; recommend mitigation strategies as needed.
- Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company standards.
- Accurately manage and report data using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- No college degree required; previous experience in coordination, project support, or operations is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation) and overall Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including with executive leadership and field teams.
- Strong multitasking ability and ability to self-manage shifting priorities.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and software quickly.
- Analytical thinker with sound judgment and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to ask questions and seek clarity when needed.
