We're looking for a high performing Partner Marketing Manager, covering the HR sector/HIRE business unit, who is passionate about generating pipeline and growth through programs marketing to and with partners to generate new prospects and upsell current customers.

POSITION SUMMARY

As the HIRE Partner Marketing Manager you will be responsible for executing integrated marketing activities with Veritone Hire’s System Integrator, Alliances and Channel Partners. You will have a set of HR/Staffing/Workforce Solutions/ATS focused partners that aligns with and augments global marketing focus, program management, and driving revenue through partnerships. You should be familiar with the key business challenges facing partners and understand technologies that are enabling innovative new solutions (e.g., Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Over-The-Top (OTT), Internet of Things, AI Recruiting, and Generative AI). You should be able to develop, plan, and execute strategic marketing initiatives that demonstrate Veritone capabilities in these areas and will explore areas and opportunities to grow and maximize those relationships.

The Role will also be responsible to keep Veritone’s corporate profile updated on top 15 global partner websites or microsites and collaborate with HIRE events manager on partner events and deliverables. Key partnerships include Workday, iCIMS, Bullhorn, ADP, Smart Recruiters, Cegid, Cornerstone

Primary responsibilities of this role include regional partner marketing management and management of the partner portal for collateral sharing, content syndication, MDF proposals & tracking, deal registration (if any) and building programs for ATS partnerships/integrations that drive pipeline and revenue.

This position will also work in partnership with teams internationally across the company including partner sales, product management, campaigns, demand, brand, and customer marketing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Management and execution of a portfolio of integrated marketing activities to achieve the greatest possible ROI through existing global partner campaigns.
  • Lead marketing strategy for ATS relationships including annual marketing account plans, marketing budget, joint GTM activities, and technical use cases to maximize marketing, sales and PR value to HIRE partners
  • Own customer-facing communication approaches for the brand and serve as primary marketing point of contact with internal and external business partners, enabling strong, collaborative working relationships.
  • Collaboration with cross functional, global teams, including tight alignment with partner sales and campaign marketing managers, including helping drive partner marketing adoption across sales teams.
  • Owing and managing partner revenue/pipeline dashboards, reporting, and sharing trends monthly/quarterly
  • Content creation including writing of email campaigns, webinar themes/abstracts, communications to both partners and customers on program deliverables
  • Meet on a regular basis with top 10 partners to go over campaigns, programs, and results that drive revenue.
  • Planning and execution of partner webinars (start to finish), blogs, co-branded presentations, metrics/reporting, and email campaigns highlighting the joint value proposition of each specific top partner
  • Awareness of budget tracking, MDF management, and how it plays into the overall partner marketing plan, including tracking ROI with an acute ability to drill down into performance data.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Minimum of 7 years Campaign & Partner marketing management – rolling out campaigns and programs, regionally, with sales, to enable optimal lead follow-up and ROI.
  • A good grasp of account-based marketing and how to work an ABM program through cross functional integration.
  • Experience using salesforce.com, Pardot or other email marketing tools, and partner portal or content syndication tools for campaign mapping and execution
  • Lead management - tracking and reporting on marketing leads generated in a region, holding sales accountable for follow-up and pipeline reporting.
  • The ability to track program performance within an agreed set of parameters to specific KPIs.
  • The ability to develop regional buyer and customer insights to be shared internally with relevant teams.
  • Customer marketing - including references, advocacy, and customer campaigns. Collaborating with the customer teams to gain insight into customer behaviors and matching activities to drive engagement.
  • Event management, including the evaluation of potential events, execution, follow up, tracking and reporting.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Seven years’ minimum experience in B2B Marketing (ideally enterprise software) with partners – VAR/Resellers, ATS - Applicant Tracking Systems and System Integrators.
  • Experience in marketing to Human Resources professionals/personas or HR Vertical in technology
  • Proven track record with demand generation initiatives.
  • Metrics focused and detail oriented with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter who has the ability to get the job done.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven, demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, and build and maintain successful relationships internally and externally.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present and position marketing plans.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); CRM tools such as Salesforce.com; and project management tools (Asana).
  • A willingness to travel as required for the role.
