The Senior HR Manager partners directly with the Hach North American VP of Sales in the development of people strategies that address our People Leaders’ and associates’ most pressing needs including change management, employee relations, leader and associate coaching, defining local org and talent needs, partnering with leaders and talent acquisition in hiring process execution and local M&A integration/divestiture activity.

This position is part of Hach’s Global HR Team located in North America and will be ideally located at one of our many North American locations. This role can also be done remotely with up to 25% travel.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Acting as the primary people partner to the North American VP, Sales including providing advice and coaching while influencing and guiding leadership actions and behaviors in all aspects of people management and leadership.
• Contributing your expertise to influence HR and business strategy while leading change management activities to accelerate change adoption.
• Ideating and implementing people strategies to solve business problems in a proactive and solutions-oriented manner utilizing data analysis and with growth mindset.
• Partnering with internal talent acquisition teams and hiring managers to attract, identify, interview, and select only the best talent for open roles within assigned client groups.
• Providing hands-on human resources expertise in the execution of hiring, talent development, coaching & mentoring, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and compensation.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years experience in progressively responsible HR roles in a matrix organization
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop leaders
• Experience leading and/or supporting geographically dispersed teams

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
