We invite an Outbound Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team!

About This Role

We’re looking for someone who knows that good outbound is more than sending messages - it’s about starting the right conversations with the right people. As an Outbound Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead on how we approach, engage, and convert our audience across different markets. You’ll shape campaigns, test ideas, and turn outreach into something that consistently drives interest and pipeline.

You’ll work closely with the Outbound Marketing Lead and the sales team, making sure everything we launch on outbound translates into real conversations and real opportunities.

What You'll Do
Build outbound that gets replies
  • Create and manage multi-step email and LinkedIn outreach sequences
  • Develop messaging tailored to ICPs and different funnel stages
  • Test, optimise and scale outbound flows
  • Build and execute account-based marketing campaigns
Turn outreach into real conversations
  • Generate and qualify outbound leads
  • Handle replies and keep the momentum going (yes, acting as an SDR when needed)
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert interest into opportunities
Own your data
  • Work inside CRM - manage and maintain outbound data
  • Track outreach performance and pipeline contribution
  • Segment audiences and build targeted lead lists
  • Ensure clean, structured, and actionable data
Create messaging that fits markets
  • Create messaging and concepts for ads
  • Work with the design team to produce campaign creatives
  • Develop high-converting copy for emails, LinkedIn, and landing pages
  • Align messaging across outbound and paid channels
Make performance visible
  • Monitor campaign performance
  • Run A/B tests on messaging, targeting, and formats
  • Turn insights & ideas into better campaigns
  • Show how outbound contributes to the pipeline and growth
Soft Skills That Matter Here
  • You think in outcomes, not tasks. You don’t measure success by “messages sent” — you care about replies, conversations, and pipeline.
  • You’re comfortable owning the full loop. From idea → execution → results → iteration. No hand-offs, no hiding behind process.
  • You communicate like a human. You know how to write and speak in a way that gets attention without sounding like marketing.
  • You handle ambiguity without slowing down. Not everything will be perfectly defined — you move forward, test, and figure it out.
  • You can push back (constructively). If something won’t work — you say it, explain why, and suggest a better way.
  • You stay organised under pressure. Multiple campaigns, markets, and stakeholders — and still no chaos.
  • You’re naturally curious about what works. You look at data, patterns, competitors, markets — and turn that into better campaigns.
  • You’re resilient. Outbound means rejection. You don’t take it personally — you optimise it.
What We’re Looking For
You probably already:
  • Have 2–4+ years in B2B outbound / ABM / digital marketing
  • Understand how sales actually works, not just marketing theory
  • Know your way around: email outreach tools, LinkedIn outreach, CRM systems
  • Can write clean, natural, high-converting copy
  • Speak and write strong English
And you’re the kind of person who:
  • Cares about results, not just activity
  • Likes testing things and seeing what sticks
  • Can manage multiple campaigns without chaos
  • Is curious about markets and what actually works
  • Isn’t afraid of databases and working with stats
