This role is crucial for aligning client and vendor contracts with company strategies, ensuring smooth business operations, and supporting legal compliance. The AVP will oversee contract development, negotiation, and administration.

Requirements

• Contract drafting and negotiation revenue cycle management contracts, including service level agreements.
• Experience within the Healthcare Industry, preferred RCM space.
• Risk and compliance expertise, including HIPAA, CMS regulations and payer-provider dynamics.
• Strong sales and client-facing experience, including RFP response and negotiation.
