- Own and drive the recruiting process full-cycle for your reqs
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, candidate profiles, search parameters and closing strategies
- Research and map talent markets, gather intel, and build compelling outreach to engage candidates

- Effectively manage stages in ATS responding quickly and providing high touch communication to prospects and candidates
