Manager, Vendor Strategy & Operations

Vantaca is seeking a Manager, Vendor Strategy & Operations to join their team in Wilmington, NC or Redwood City, CA. The role will oversee customer operations, financial analysis, and cross-functional operations for Vendor Pay, a platform that enables HOA management companies to process vendor payments.

Requirements

• 5–7 years in strategy, operations, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a high-growth startup in an analytical or operational role
• Strong analytical mind
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Commercial instinct
• Bias toward action over perfection
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows and LLM tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
