Requirements
- 5+ years in operations, BizOps, or strategy roles within a high-growth fintech or vertical SaaS environment
- Experience managing teams, with a track record of building high-performance, process-driven cultures
- Demonstrated ability to scale operations in a high-growth environment while maintaining quality and compliance
- Strong process design experience, including documentation, workflow optimization, and cost reduction initiatives
- Track record of identifying manual processes and implementing automation to improve efficiency
- Analytical and metrics-driven, with the ability to articulate impact in terms of ROI and performance improvement
- Self-directed and proactive, able to identify priorities and drive outcomes without a defined playbook
- Exposure to automation tools, AI workflows, and technical tools (e.g., SQL, internal systems)
