About the Role

We’re seeking an intermediate Full-Stack Developer who is passionate about building real-world applications and exploring AI-assisted development. In this role, you’ll contribute to both frontend and backend development for our shift management and communication tools, helping simplify workforce operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapidly prototype new functionality using AI-powered platforms such as Locofy and Bolt.
• Collaborate with AI agents and developers using tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor to accelerate development.
• Develop and maintain web applications using Vue.js on the frontend and .NET 9 (C#) on the backend.
• Design, optimize, and manage MSSQL database queries and schemas.
• Integrate and maintain asynchronous messaging systems.
• Configure and maintain web servers and reverse proxies.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features and ensure high-quality software.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure adherence to coding best practices, security, and performance standards.
• Use GitHub for version control, issue tracking, and CI/CD workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in Vue.js, TypeScript, and .NET (preferably .NET 9) using C#.
• Experience with MSSQL database design and optimization.
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design and microservices architecture.
• Skilled in building and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with asynchronous messaging systems and high-traffic platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development platforms (e.g., Locofy, Bolt).
• Experience building workforce management or scheduling applications.
• Exposure to prompt engineering or LLM-based workflows.
• Familiarity with Lean methodology, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub workflows.
