This role involves managing the entire data lifecycle, from collection and validation to analysis and visualization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background and a proven ability to communicate complex data narratives to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. They will be the guardian of data integrity and the architect of our data-driven decision-making culture.

Accountabilities

  • Build and execute data strategies aligned with eCommerce goals.

  • Create and maintain dashboards/reports using tools like Looker Studio and Power BI.

  • Analyze customer behavior, funnels, product performance, and campaign effectiveness to uncover insights.

  • Ensure data accuracy through validation, audits, and quality checks.

  • Work with engineering teams on tracking/tagging implementation via GTM and analytics platforms.

  • Present insights clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage analytics platforms including GA4, GTM, and reporting tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.

  • Write SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and analysis.

  • Monitor and optimize key eCommerce and performance marketing metrics.

  • Support marketing and growth teams with actionable insights to improve ROI and conversions.

  • Identify and troubleshoot tracking/reporting issues proactively.

  • Create scalable reporting processes and maintain data documentation.

Who Would Fit In

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, preferably within eCommerce or performance-driven digital businesses.

  • Strong expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), SQL, and dashboarding/reporting tools.

  • Experience working with platforms like Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar is a plus.

  • Comfortable working closely with marketing, product, engineering, and leadership teams.

  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data into business insights.

  • Someone proactive, curious, and highly ownership-driven.
