- Process and fulfil user access, mailbox, group membership, and service account
requests in line with defined SLAs and security policies.
- Perform access validation, troubleshooting, and entitlement corrections,
escalating complex cases as required.
- Execute provisioning/deprovisioning activities across AD, email systems, and
integrated applications.
- Ensure compliance with access governance controls, including documentation,
audit readiness, and ticket hygiene.
- Support user access review process, perform remediation and reporting.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring access issues and recommend
process improvements.
- Perform provisioning and deprovisioning activities via Saviynt IGA, ensuring
accurate entitlement mapping to SAP systems (ECC / S4 / BW / GRC as
applicable).
- Validate and troubleshoot failed provisioning jobs, connector issues, and access
sync discrepancies between Saviynt and SAP.
- Proficient in Spanish as most of interactions with end user will be in Spanish
