Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Tracking & Reporting: Monitor progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Team Coordination: Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and timely follow-up.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Communication: Present project status, issues, and resolutions effectively to leadership and clients.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 10 years in project management with proven success in large-scale, multi-region projects.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with .NET and Azure is a strong plus.
Global Coordination: Ability to manage projects across different time zones, including early morning calls for China region.
Government Projects: Experience handling US Government-related projects is highly desirable.
Language: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Skills
PMP or equivalent certification.(optional)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
