We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Administrator to support managed service customers with security configurations, system health monitoring, troubleshooting, and policy management.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in cloud, SaaS, or managed services environments who enjoys solving complex issues and working directly with customers.
💻 What you’ll do:
- Manage security policies, configurations, and system health checks
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support customer environments
• Monitor infrastructure and resolve service-related incidents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain secure and stable systems
• Participate in customer meetings and provide technical guidance
✅ What we’re looking for:
- Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, or managed service environments
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and OSX
• Experience with scripting tools such as PowerShell or Bash
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Virtualization experience (VMware/HyperV)
• Knowledge of MSSQL or database concepts
• Experience with security platforms or endpoint protection solutions
