Requirements
- University degree (Master) in business studies, business psychology, or communication
- At least 7 years of professional experience in project management, process management, and organizational development
- Experience in international introduction projects
- In-depth experience with Atlassian Confluence and JIRA, ARIS BPM Suite, CELONIS Process Mining
- Ability to work in a team, effective prioritization, and excellent analytical, communication, moderation, and implementation skills
