United States onlyContact Center Agent – 100% Remote
Pay: $20/hour
- 100% remote role; must have high-speed internet (100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload) and dedicated home office setup
- Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday) within 7:30am–5:30pm CST window (training follows 8:00am–4:30pm CST schedule)
- Long-term contract role (at least through year-end; potential to extend or convert to permanent)
- High-volume inbound contact center supporting vendors, contractors, and suppliers
- Must have 3+ years of call center/customer service experience (required)
- Handle inbound calls and emails, providing status updates on purchase orders and invoices
- Accurately document and update customer information in multiple systems (Five9, ServiceNow, Oracle, etc.)
- Multi-task across several applications while maintaining live customer conversations
- De-escalate customer issues and provide professional, solution-oriented support
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow compliance policies and call center guidelines
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail required (testing may be required)
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities
- Remote work experience preferred (1+ year)
- Background check and drug screen required
