Role Overview

We’re looking for a Community Liaison / Social Media Manager who will act as the voice of the brand across social media platforms — managing content creation, engagement, and community relationships with creativity and autonomy.

This role is ideal for someone who has an eye for architecture, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and thrives in a creative, no-micromanagement culture. You’ll play a crucial part in maintaining our online presence, driving follower growth, and building strong, authentic relationships within our community.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and post engaging content aligned with brand aesthetics and values.

  • Manage and update all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

  • Track and log follower growth, engagement rates, and post performance daily.

Content Creation & Curation

  • Edit and enhance architectural photos for online use,

  • Write compelling captions and select imagery that reflects architectural understanding and artistic value.

  • Coordinate content calendar to maintain consistent posting schedules.

Community Engagement

  • Engage daily on socials: react to stories, comment on relevant posts, and follow potential collaborators.

  • Build relationships with photographers, architects, and brand followers.

  • Maintain a genuine and professional tone in all communications.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on social media performance and follower metrics.

  • Suggest strategies for content improvement and community engagement.

  • Identify trending topics or opportunities relevant to the architecture niche.

Proposals & Collaboration

  • Draft and send proposals or partnership pitches to potential collaborators.

  • Liaise with clients or creative partners when needed.

Website & Brand Support

  • Update website content (photos, news, portfolio sections).

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Achieve and maintain +100 daily follower growth across core platforms.

  • Consistent posting cadence (minimum 5 times weekly).

  • Measurable improvements in engagement rates and community interactions.

  • Timely and accurate submission of daily and weekly reports.

  • Effective implementation of marketing funnels and campaign performance tracking.

  • Growth in email subscribers, inquiries, and brand collaborations.

Experience

  • 2+ years in marketing, social media management, or community engagement roles.

  • Background in architecture, design, photography, or creative industries preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and ideally the Adobe Suite.

  • Familiarity with Framer (or similar website builders like Webflow or Squarespace).

  • Proven experience in developing marketing funnels or automation flows.

Skills and Personal Attributes

  • Strong understanding of architectural aesthetics and visual storytelling.

  • Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools and analytics dashboards.

  • Proactive, self-managed, and capable of making independent creative decisions.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative thinker with initiative and curiosity for learning new tools or strategies.

  • Positive and collaborative energy that uplifts the team culture.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing or Social Media Management roles.

  • Bachelor’s Degree inMarketing, Communications, Architecture, Design, or related field preferred (not required for highly experienced candidates).

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

  • Proven ability to create engaging digital content and manage online communities.

  • Reliable internet connection and access to tools for remote collaboration.

  • Availability for flexible work hours aligned with team needs.
