The USTA New England Section is seeking a part-time Local League Coordinator to administer adult recreational tennis leagues in Western Massachusetts, provide excellent customer service, and work collaboratively with local, volunteer committees to improve tennis access and foster participation growth.

Requirements

  • Administer adult recreational tennis leagues in Western Massachusetts
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with volunteer committees and team leads
  • Proactively communicate with facilities on facility availability
  • Ensure compliance with local procedures and regulations
  • Act as point of contact for all customer service needs
  • Communicate and confirm team participation in post-season play
  • Monitor program platform to ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Verify program and player eligibility, site availability, and compliance with organizational policies
  • Utilize data and reports to assist in data informed decisions
  • Coordinate new programs and initiatives to encourage participation growth
