The work for the Dietician position is completely remote anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.
The Dietitian’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Effectively communicateswith internal and externalcontacts toaddress customer needs and engage in sales conversations.
Provides technical& instructionalsupport forcustomers.Hosts live meetings,trainings,and webinars.
Assistswith maintenance of menu and recipe databases.
Communicateswith keyinternal and external stakeholdersto coordinateset-up and maintenance ofMenu Solutions customers.
Assistswith the set up and maintenance ofcustomer shopping lists utilizingMOXe.
Conductstesting ofnew technologyanddocumentsbest practices for customers and salesforce.
Remains knowledgeable and current with the dietetic profession,maintainingcontinuing education credits asestablishedby theCommission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)andlicensure instate of residence (if applicable).
RELATIONSHIPS
Internal:Support office staff including Corporate Account Coordinators, Directors of Sales & Service, Business SolutionsSpecialistsand others.
Distributioncenter staff including Region Field Leaders,AreaVPof NationalSales,Business Development Teams,National Sales Managers, Account Executives& Account Coordinators
External:US FoodsCustomers(existing & prospective):selling,training,giving,and receiving information and resolving issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Training:Bachelor’s Degreerequired;Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN)credentialsrequired;Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR);licensure in state of residence (if applicable).
Related Experience:1+ years of experience incyclemenu planning and foodservice operations; customerservice experienceandcycle menu approvalexperience preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Registered Dietitian; computer literacy;excellent writtenand verbal communication skills;proficient in Microsoft Office applications;ability to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks; analytical, creative planning and organization skills; knowledge ofCbord,MealSuiteor other menu planning software;knowledge of USDA Nutrient Database.
Physical Requirements:Limitedphysical demands- detailed readingrequired, use of computer, some moving of materials within an office setting.
Travel:<10%
This role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state or local minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between
