You’ll own recurring people reports, maintain workforce dashboards, support HR operations, and use AI tools to move faster without sacrificing accuracy.

What you’ll do
- Own recurring workforce and headcount reporting
- Refresh executive dashboards and workforce summaries
- Clean and validate employee data across systems
- Build Excel reports using pivots, lookups, and formulas
- Support policy rollouts and HR process improvements
- Use AI tools to speed analysis and documentation
- Identify reporting gaps and recommend improvements
Must-haves
- 3+ years HR generalist or people operations experience
- Advanced Excel skills with large datasets
- Regular ChatGPT or Claude workflow usage
- Workforce reporting or people analytics experience
- Strong written English communication
- Comfortable working U.S. Pacific business hours
