Own the full patient data ingestion lifecycle. You'll lead data validation, quality control, reporting, and ETL management while helping teams make better decisions from clean, reliable data.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end patient data ingestion workflows.
• Validate incoming client files and data quality.
• Apply data corrections and transformations.
• Maintain ETL tools and ingestion logic.
• Build scheduled and ad hoc reports.
• Partner across teams to resolve data issues.
• Document processes and update standards.

Must-Haves

• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Bilingual Spanish and English.
• Experience analyzing large datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• SQL experience.
• Contact center industry experience.
