Cardiology NP - Telehealth

Run telehealth visits for low-acuity cardiac patients, manage HTN, CHF, CAD, lipid disorders, and coordinate with cardiologists and care teams.

Requirements

• Active NP license in MD or PA (or willing to obtain)
• 2+ years cardiology experience
• Complete 4–6 weeks onsite training in MD or PA
• Comfortable leading independent telehealth visits
