- Role: Performance Lead, Care Delivery

- Pay: $120,000–$150,000 base DOE

What you’ll do
- Own visit completion performance across care delivery operations
- Analyze booking-to-completion conversion trends using operational data
- Identify preventable loss drivers and prioritize highest-impact fixes
- Partner across clinical ops, workforce, and member engagement teams
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and intervention design
- Build scalable processes that improve completion outcomes
- Present findings and action plans to executive leadership
Must-haves
- 5–8 years healthcare performance improvement experience
- Clinical operations or member engagement background required
- Proven success improving patient visit or care delivery metrics
- Strong SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills
- Daily hands-on use of AI tools for analysis workflows
- Experience influencing teams without direct authority
Nice to have
