You’ll turn workflows into working apps, dashboards, and automations.
You’ll ship code fast without creating cleanup work for engineering.
You’ll work directly with stakeholders to clarify messy requirements and build solutions that actually get used.
What you’ll do
- Build workflow automations, apps, and internal dashboards
- Ship production-ready code with testing included
- Translate vague requirements into working software
- Push code through Git-based workflows
- Use AI coding tools to move faster
- Improve manual operational processes with automation
- Work across product, ops, and engineering teams
Must-haves
- 2+ years professional software engineering experience
- Experience building apps, dashboards, or automations
- Git, pull requests, and testing experience
- Unit testing experience required
- Comfortable with startup ambiguity and changing priorities
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Ruby on Rails experience
- Python experience
- Full-stack development background
- Claude, Cursor, or Copilot experience
