Requirements
- Genuinely hands-on - you're comfortable owning support end-to-end across all levels, from basic helpdesk to complex technical issues, without drawing lines around what's 'your' problem. Everything else in this role is built on top of that.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically, challenge assumptions, prioritise high-value work, and propose better alternatives. Not just execute
- Proven experience building and maintaining automations using tools like Okta Workflows, n8n, Tines, Make or similar, with real examples you can speak to
- Active, hands-on use of AI tools (LLMs, AI-assisted workflows, and similar) to meaningfully improve the quality and speed of your work. This is a baseline expectation, not a nice-to-have
- Strong understanding of macOS and Apple device management (MDM/DEP)
- Prior experience with Okta, Google Workspace is required
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Terraform is a plus, particularly in the context of infrastructure-as-code
- Knowledge of scripting languages or our tech stack (Golang, Python, Docker, k8s) is a plus, but not a requirement
- Excellent communication and task management skills
