Upvest is seeking a Client Experience Intern to support the growth of its client-facing function. The successful candidate will work with modern technologies and contribute to the building of Upvest's best-in-class Client Experience function.
Requirements
- Enable Europe's leading Fintechs to deliver flawless investment experiences
- Provide exceptional support to B2B clients via email, slack and phone
- Help clients running their business by supporting them with operational and administrative issues
- Inform clients proactively of any and all issues or events related to Upvest's service
- Solve problems with calmness, creativity, and a client-first attitude
- Build and deliver a first-class client experience
- Contribute to desk building projects to assist in building out the Client Experience function
- Work within SLAs, identifying constant points for improvement
- Conduct daily admin checks to ensure smooth BAU
- Build relationships with client counterparts to create strong connections between Upvest and its clients
- Set new standards in collaboration and communication
- Work cross-functionally with operations, product and engineering teams to resolve client requests
- Create and maintain the Client Experience knowledge and process base
