Conversion Optimization Engineer

Uptime.com is seeking a talented Conversion Optimization Engineer to join our innovative team. As a Conversion Optimization Engineer, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving the user experience on our website and optimizing conversion funnels to maximize conversions and revenue.

You will work closely with our product, design, and marketing teams to understand user behavior, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven experiments and optimizations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and website analytics.
• Strong understanding of user behavior, user experience design, and conversion funnels.
• Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools.
• Experience in conducting A/B tests, analyzing test results, and implementing optimizations based on data-driven insights.
• Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to implement testing variations and optimizations.
• Excellent problem-solving and optimization skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Experience with SEO optimization and familiarity with search engine ranking factors is a plus.
• Understanding of SaaS products and the software industry is preferred.
