Remote Structural OR Architectural Project Coordinator

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural / Architectural Project Coordinator to support a large-scale hydric development project combining residential and commercial components.

Requirements

• Coordinate technical information between structural steel, architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Review and validate detailing and documentation alignment with architectural intent and construction requirements.
• Identify clashes, constructability issues, missing details, and coordination conflicts prior to execution.
• Ensure multidisciplinary documentation is fully coordinated before reaching contractors and site implementation.
• Support BIM coordination and clash detection workflows across disciplines.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors to maintain consistency and execution clarity.
• Anticipate field and execution-related issues from a practical construction perspective.
