What You’ll Be Doing
Source and screen candidates across platforms and targeted outbound outreach
Conduct first-round interviews and evaluate both technical and culture fit
Manage high-volume candidate pipelines, ensuring timely and clear communication at every stage
Maintain accurate recruiting data across tools to support reporting and decision-making
Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and hiring needs
Contribute ideas and best practices to continuously improve our hiring process
What You Bring
⭐ 3+ years of recruiting experience (internal experience preferred, bonus if you have recruited accounting and finance roles)
⭐ Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, especially on LinkedIn and similar platforms
⭐ Confident interviewer with a focus on people and potential
⭐ Excellent organization and pipeline management skills
⭐ Amazing communication and follow-through with candidates
⭐ A mindset that blends initiative, curiosity, and collaboration

First Week
Get to know our team, hiring process, and the roles you’ll be supporting. Shadow interviews, learn our hiring tools, and start sourcing candidates.
Month 1
You’ll be confidently managing the full cycle of accountant recruitment; sourcing, screening, coordinating and helping us hire 1–2 top-tier accountants each month.
In 3 Months
You’ll be supporting higher-level roles and taking ownership of improving sourcing strategy, tools, and candidate experience.
