Job Summary

We’re looking for a versatile Designer to join Unreal’s small but mighty Brand Creative Development team. In this role, you’ll spend the majority of your time executing high-craft design work across both digital and print channels, with the remaining time dedicated to ideating and building out our brand expression. You’ll partner closely with our Lead Art Director to produce assets for everything from evergreen brand content to seasonal campaigns, event activations, merch, and collateral, and will collaborate with team members across Unreal’s Commercial team. Your work will help strengthen and expand our design systems while ensuring every touchpoint reflects Unreal’s bold, unforgettable brand.

The ideal candidate is a technically excellent designer with 4–6 years of experience, ideally including 2+ years on the brand side in CPG. You thrive in collaborative environments, adapt quickly, and bring equal enthusiasm for all types of projects. You understand the fundamentals of brand building beyond campaigns, and are comfortable juggling multiple deliverables with precision and attention to detail. Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is required, and motion design, event/activation design, or art direction skills are a plus. If you’re low-ego, eager to learn, and excited to roll up your sleeves to help a growing brand make an outsized impact, we want to hear from you.

The Designer will be a vital member of the Unreal Brand Creative Development team and report to the Lead Art Director.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the Lead Art Director to design high-quality digital and print assets across Unreal’s brand ecosystem, including evergreen content, seasonal campaigns, events, activations, merch, and collateral.
  • Execute with technical excellence, delivering high-craft, on-brand creative that strengthens and expands our design systems.
  • Translate Unreal’s brand expression into visually compelling outputs that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal partners, external agencies, and freelancers to bring creative concepts to life across multiple channels.
  • Balance multiple projects and deadlines at once, using Asana to track progress and keep deliverables on schedule.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and creative problem-solving to help evolve Unreal’s bold, disruptive brand expression.

Who You Are

  • A designer with 4–6 years of experience, ideally including 2+ years in CPG on the brand side; agency experience is a plus.
  • Technically excellent in both digital and print design, with mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using project management tools like Asana to stay organized and aligned.
  • A collaborative, low-ego team player who is adaptable and thrives on jumping in wherever needed.
  • Equally energized by big campaign work and everyday brand needs, delivering the same level and precision of craft to both.
  • Passionate about building bold, memorable brands and eager to help Unreal leave its mark on the category.
  • Brings a mix of creative problem-solving, curiosity, and growth mindset to every challenge.
  • Motion graphics, event/activation design, and/or art direction, a plus.

The base compensation range for this position is between $130K - $140K annually. This position is also eligible for a 15% bonus. The salary range listed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Individual compensation is determined by additional factors, including role-related experience and relevant education and certifications. Bonus payout is pro-rated to start date. Employees must be employed by September 30 of the calendar year to be eligible for bonus for that calendar year.
